You will not find one and if you do, then run away from it. The dog will have health problems for all of it's life. It has nothing to do with puppy mill or not, it is mostly likely a genetic defect that will affect the puppy in terrible ways along the way. It is almost guaranteed to have a liver shunt which will be horrible if it isn't diagnosed and treated appropriately with a special diet.
