This budgie is a feather-duster. The problem with these is that they last only for about 3 months, due to the rapid growth of feathers, starving them to death. But it is not. He is a "mutant" (not in a bad sense but genetically). You can actually find a video of him on Youtube. Must be really cool to have a pet like this.
