	First time I saw this budgie a few months ago I thought it was a costume or something. But it is not. He is a “mutant” (not in a bad sense but genetically). You can actually find a video of him on Youtube. Must be really cool to have a pet like this.

	yeah, this is genetic. This budgie is a feather-duster. The problem with these is that they last only for about 3 months, due to the rapid growth of feathers, starving them to death. If I got one I would try to cut the feathers short. [not off!] I believe that every budgie deserves to live!
