Owl with a Duck on the Head

There’s a duck on my head. See it? Get it off!

Someone woke up grumpy today… and the poor duckling just wants affection… Ms. Owl over there doesn’t seem to care…

It’s funny. Could be a Kodak moment or a mother and child. Ducklings have an amazing impregnation capacity. Upon hatching, they will adopt the first thing they see as their “mother”. If the first thing they see is a human, they will take that human as their mother and follow it and act like this duckling up here … just wants affection. That owl doesn’t look old either. Could it be that someone placed an owl egg in a duck’s nest and when this duckling hatched, it saw the owl first and got it imprinted as its mother. It’s a pretty cool picture and it tells a story. ) Yes I liked it Giulia )
