Kathy was walking her 3 dogs, one of which was physically disabled and needed a special chair to get around. She explained that “Otter” had been abused as a puppy and his hind legs were paralyzed. She is truly an angel and the love she shares with Otter is so pure and unending. This is a story of dedication, forgiveness and true unconditional love. ”
